This notice explains how Beyond Borders handles personal data when you use this website.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address and message you enter. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests you send us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. A single technical session cookie is set to protect the contact form against misuse; it is deleted when you close your browser. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you visit.

Who processes your data

The website and email are hosted by Simply.com in the EU. Messages are stored in our mailbox and are not shared with anyone else or used for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting collaboration, and delete them when no longer needed, at the latest after 24 months of no contact.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to our use of it, by writing to contact@beyond-borders.ai. You can also complain to your national data protection authority (in Denmark: Datatilsynet).
